Your user name was emailed to you when you registered for Whitehorse Online Services. If you cannot find the original email, email Whitehorse City Council and include the email address you registered with, your name, and the company name if relevant. Your user name will be emailed to your registered email, during business hours, Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5 pm.
