Below is a list of the Certificate request types that you can lodge online. Please select the required certificate type/s and click the Next button to continue. The Cost displayed for each certificate type applies to each property requested.

Property / Building Certificate Request

Land Information Certificate	$29.70	Property valuations, rates charged and interest, if applicable.
Land Information Certificate - Priority	$61.20	Priority service (1 business day) for Property valuations, rates charged and interest, if applicable.
Building Certificate 51(1)	$52.10	Building permits, notices and orders over the past ten years - (a) details of any permit or certificate of final inspection issued in the preceding 10 years; and (b) details of any current statement issued under Regulation 64-67 or 231-232 of the Building Regulations 2018; and (c) details of any current notice or order issued by the relevant building surveyor under the Act.
Building Certifcate 51(2)	$52.10	Information on whether the building or land is in an area – (a) that is designated under Regulation 150 in which buildings are likely to be subject to attack by termites; or (b) determined under Regulation 152 to be likely to be subject to significant snowfalls; or (c) that is liable to flooding within the meaning of Regulation 5(2); or (d) of designated land or works within the meaning of Regulation 154; or (e) for which a bushfire attack level has been specified in a planning scheme.(Reg 156)
Building Certificate 51(3)	$52.10	Provide inspection approval dates of the mandatory notification stages for building work carried out on the building or land. Only the owner, mortgagee or prescribed building practitioner under Section 137B of the Act can request a 51(3).
