Report An Abandoned or Unregistered Vehicle

Vehicles left abandoned in streets are an ongoing issue in the City of Whitehorse. Council has restrictions in place that are designed to help prevent this problem.

Any motor vehicle that has been abandoned or is unregistered and parked on Council controlled land including roads and parks, may be removed and impounded by Council. If the vehicle is not claimed within 14 days and release fees paid, Council may dispose of it.
