TREES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
Please note that Council does not maintain trees on private property.

Issues with trees on private property affecting you and your property are civil issues and we recommend you contact your neighbour directly or explore the range of dispute resolution options available.

TREE REMOVAL
Following an inspection, Council may decide to prune or remove a tree as required. Please note that there are a very specific set of circumstances under which a tree would be removed and is generally related to safety or people and property.
